Welcome to My Bach Flowers Remedies. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including consultations, remedy blends, and student training. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
My Bach Flowers Remedies is a private practice operated by Cinzia Collings, a registered Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP), based in the United Kingdom.
2. Nature of Services
Bach Flower Remedies are a complementary form of emotional support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychiatric condition. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We always recommend continuing to consult your GP or qualified medical practitioner for any health concerns. Bach Flower Remedies work alongside, not in place of, conventional medicine.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
- Payment must be received before the day of the consultation, especially for online sessions.
- Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and are listed on our Services page.
- A treatment bottle without consultation is £20, plus £7 for packaging and postage if needed.
- Payment details are shared by email for bank transfer or PayPal. We do not store card details.
4. Consultations
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during your consultation.
- Online consultations require a stable internet connection and a private space.
- Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not have the session extended.
- All consultations are confidential, subject to our Privacy Policy.
- You may terminate a session at any time.
5. Student Training
- Course materials are provided for personal study only and may not be reproduced or redistributed.
- Attendance at scheduled sessions is essential to the integrity of the training.
- Certificates of completion are issued upon successful fulfilment of all course requirements.
- Our courses do not, on their own, qualify students as registered Bach Flower practitioners — formal registration follows the Bach Centre’s own pathway.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
