We understand that life is unpredictable. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for consultations, remedy blends, and student training.

1. Consultation Cancellations
For one-to-one consultations (online or in-person):
- More than 48 hours’ notice — full refund or free rescheduling.
- 24 to 48 hours’ notice — 50% refund, or you may reschedule once at no extra charge.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show — the full fee is retained, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.

2. Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your appointment where possible. Please give as much notice as you can, ideally more than 48 hours, so the time can be offered to another client.
3. Personalised Remedy Blends
Once a personalised remedy blend has been prepared specifically for you, it cannot be refunded as it is a bespoke product. If your blend arrives damaged or you have not received it within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
4. Student Training Courses
- More than 14 days before the course start date — full refund less a 10% administration fee.
- 7 to 14 days before — 50% refund, or full credit toward a future course.
- Less than 7 days before, or after the course has begun — no refund. Course materials already supplied remain yours.
- If we cancel a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your consultation, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. We will not extend sessions due to late arrival, as this affects subsequent appointments.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We genuinely understand that emergencies and serious illness occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you with a reschedule or partial refund, considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is due, it will be arranged through the original or agreed payment route within 7 to 14 working days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.
8. Cancellation by Us
In the rare event we need to cancel an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at a time convenient to you.
